Radio remote controls

The range of ALMEC remote controls includes a series of transmitting units (push–button panels and pouch consoles) and a receiver unit, with the possibility of customizing the working radio frequencies, to be usable in all European and non–European countries. They are particularly suitable for integration into systems with architecture with a high level of security, ensuring compliance with PLd and SIL2 standards.
All transmitters can be customized in screen printing graphics and button equipment, to best adapt to the functionality of the machine. Their ergonomic design allows the operator a firm grip for safe and precise control, and for the prepared models there is a backlight for use in low light conditions.

ALNWR

The ALNWR transmitting push-button panel is a RADIO TRANSMITTER for work in safety operation conditions.

It’s equipped with an emergency button and 16 physical push-buttons, all with backlight and status led.

The silkscreen printing is customizable, both with special pictograms on the front keys and with different colors and company logo on the front surface.

ALNWR.D

It’s equipped with an emergency button and 10 physical push-buttons, all with backlight and status led.

The graphic display is optimal for the intuitive view of the status and the diagnosis of the machine.

RDC EVO

The RDC EVO is a bi-directional radio module studied for remote machinery control equipped with a CANbus network.

The device is designed to operate in systems with high safety level architectures. It is compatible with SIL2 and PLd standards.

Radio communication is possible thanks to an adjustable antenna that allows efficient signal detection and a reliable radio link over a wide range. The SMA connector allows the usage of an external antenna.

The polyurethane resin wrap and the DEUTSCH type connector make the controllers suitable for machines operating in harsh working environments.

AL50R

The AL50R console is a RADIO TRANSMITTER, designed to optimize machine handling and control.

Using a wired connection, it can be also implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network and supplied from an external power supply.

It is equipped with a lateral emergency button and single-axle proportional joysticks.

It can operate both on radio transmission and on radio reception.

AL50RC

The AL50RC portable console is a control device designed for the remote operation of industrial lifting machines, materials handling and aerial platforms equipped with the radio receiver RDC EVO and/or a CAN bus network. The device allows to have maximum versatility both in the usage phase, thanks to the ergonomics of the product and the double system connection (both wired and radio), and in the design phase, as it is developed to handle up to 2 double-axle proportional joysticks, up to 10 pushbutton, up to 12 led and an emergency pushbutton with dry contacts. The operator layout is fully customizable. The hamming security code and the packet communication protocol allow for a reliable radio connection and continuous work without any interruptions caused by radio interference on the 434 or 868 MHz band.
