ALMEC PLCs are controllers for DIN rail installation, which can be integrated as Master or slave in CANBus networks or in RS232 serial networks. They are all programmable by developing the software in C language, inOpenSource environments and for the prepared models, using the ALMEClab platform standard IEC 611313. ALMEC PLCs allow to ensure flexibility, reliability and safety to the automation system of the machines of which they constitute the heart. They are particularly suitable for integration into systems with architecture with a high level of security, ensuring compliance with PLd and SIL2 standards. The compact design makes them easy and effective into electrical panels. The power supply is 936 VDC.

The PLC.163 controller can handle up to 20 inputs and up to 13 outputs.

The Plc expansion module PLC.239 can handle up to 8 inputs and up to 8 outputs.

It can be implemented in a CAN network as SLAVE.
