Centraline elettroniche

Le centraline elettroniche ALMEC sono state studiate, progettate e realizzate per adattarsi ed essere il cuore dei sistemi d’automazione per molteplici tipologie di macchine, grazie alle diverse funzionalità disponibili su ingressi e uscite ed allo speciale involucro in resina poliuretanica, in grado di proteggere in modo efficace l’elettronica interna da agenti atmosferici, vibrazioni ed agenti chimici corrosivi, rendendole la scelta ottimale  per applicazioni outdoor e rugged.

Le centraline possono essere integrate in reti CAN-Bus, come Master o come Slave, oppure in reti seriali RS232. Sono tutte programmabili sviluppando il software in linguaggio C, in ambienti “Open-Source” e per i modelli predisposti, mediante la piattaforma ALMEClab standard IEC 61131-3.

SPLIFT

Lo SPLIFT è un’ECU (unità di controllo elettronica) adatta per sistemi di azionamento a doppio motore CC e di gestione del veicolo.
Il dispositivo dispone di due canali di potenza proporzionali per il controllo della trazione e dello sterzo.

L’elettronica di bordo è dotata di un microcontrollore ridondante, per garantire il funzionamento fail-safe e di un sensore di inclinazione integrato e configurabile per limitare o impedire le funzioni selezionate quando il veicolo è inclinato.

Uno strumento software per PC (tramite RS232) consente la diagnosi del sistema, gli aggiornamenti software e la parametrizzazione.
La versione CAN SLAVE permette di gestire il dispositivo tramite una rete CAN BUS.

SPN9

Facile da programmare, con linguaggio di programmazione C oppure utilizzando la piattaforma di sviluppo ALMEClab.
Può essere implementata su una linea seriale (RS232) o su una rete CAN, come MASTER o SLAVE.

L’involucro in resina poliuretanica rende la centralina adatta all’uso su macchine che operano in ambienti di lavoro difficili.
