TRS.TCM SAFETY ANGULAR SENSORS FOR SOILMEC
 

ALMEC has started supplying SOILMEC s.p.a., a company based in Cesena (FC), part of the TREVI Group, the safety angular sensors TRS.TCM.

SOILMEC manufactures drilling machines for the construction of pile foundations, drilling and maintenance of oil, gas and water wells. It also manufactures crawler cranes and tunnel boring machines.

The TRS.TCM is a safety angular sensor based on a double CPU and a double 3D MEMS accelerometer, in a fully redundant circuit scheme, with two independent outputs both 0-5 V and 4-20 mA.
It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.
The polyurethane resin case makes the sensor suitable for use on machines that operate in harsh work environments.
