INDUSTRY 4.0 SYSTEM FOR ASCOM AND ABI TRAILERS

Very frequently boat handling machines of ASCOM s.p.a. and ABI TRAILERS s.r.l., companies of the same corporate group based in Formigine (Mo), will hencefoth be equipped with the Industry 4.0 system of remote diagnostics, interconnection and satellite geolocalization ALMECdiag, in the version with the addition of the WiFi connection.

This system is based on two elements: the ALMECdiag Devices, which are the devices (IoT Gateways) to be installed on the machines and the platform ALMECdiag Portal, on which the portals of the client companies are created that will use and can have their customers use (with userid credentials and passwords) as a web interface with the devices installed on the machines.

The Industry 4.0 ALMECdiag system allows to do on the machines: telemetry, consultation and modification of parameters, software updates, black boxes, usage data and forecasts, movement tracking, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
