INDUSTRY 4.0 SYSTEM AND HYDRAULIC CYLINDER SYNCHRONISM CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ROLFO CAR TRANSPORTERS

Very frequently car transporters of ROLFO s.p.a., company based in Bra (Cn), will hencefoth be equipped with the Industry 4.0 system of remote diagnostics, interconnection and satellite geolocalization ALMECdiag.

This system is based on two elements: the ALMECdiag Devices, which are the devices (IoT Gateways) to be installed on the machines and the platform ALMECdiag Portal, on which the portals of the client companies are created that will use and can have their customers use (with userid credentials and passwords) as a web interface with the devices installed on the machines.

The Industry 4.0 ALMECdiag system allows to do on the machines: telemetry, consultation and modification of parameters, software updates, black boxes, usage data and forecasts, movement tracking, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.

As an additional option, a synchronism control system of the hydraulic cylinder pairs of car transporters will be available, specially designed for ROLFO by ALMEC and based on TRS.184 angle safety sensors.
