Angular sensors

The ALMEC range of angle sensors includes both devices with safety class PLd and SIL2 (double channel, redundant) and devices with safety class PLc SIL1 (single channel). They all have high performance in terms of measurement accuracy and repeatability.
Using the ALTILTconfig confusing tool, complete customization of the measurement functions can be fully customized directly from a PC. The special polyurethane resin casing is able to effectively protect the internal electronics from atmospheric agents, vibrations and corrosive chemical agents, for most outdoor and rugged applications. The sensors can all be integrated into a CANBus network, and some models are equipped with analog or digital outputs.

TRS.184

The TRS.184 is safety angular based on a double CPU, a double 3D-MEMS accelerometer and a double gyroscope, in a fully redundant circuit scheme.

Using a special algorithm, the device can filter and improve the measure accuracy in presence of vibration and acceleration loads.

It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.

The polyurethane resin case makes the sensor suitable for use on machines that operate in harsh work environments.

TRS.ALMX

The TRS.ALMX is a safety angular inclinometer sensor  based on a double CPU, a double 3D-MEMS accelerometer and a double gyroscope, in a fully redundant circuit scheme, with 2 independent CAN-Bus lines.

In according to the regulatory standards, the termination resistors are permanent and electrically measurable even with the device off.

The connector is an M12 with 8 poles.

Using a special algorithm, the device can filter and improve the measure accuracy in presence of vibration and acceleration loads. It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.

The polyurethane resin case makes the sensor is suitable for use on machines that operate in harsh work environments.

TRS.QEU

The TRS.QEU is an angular sensor quick and easy to use.

It’s based on a single CPU and a single 3D MEMS accelerometer.
It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.

The polyurethane resin case makes the sensor issui table for use on machines that operate in harsh work environments

TRS.2SSR

The TRS.2SSR is an angular sensor based on a single CPU and a single 3D MEMS accelerometer.

This model provide to switch a relay with dry contacts on a set threshold value.

It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.

TRS.TCM

The TRS.TCM is a safety angular sensor based on a double CPU and a double 3D MEMS accelerometer, in a fully redundant circuit scheme, with two independent outputs both 0-5 V and 4-20 mA.

It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.

The polyurethane resin case makes the sensor suitable for use on machines that operate in harsh work environments.

TRS.ETMB

The TRS.ETMB is a safety angular based on a double CPU  and a double 3D MEMS accelerometer, in a fully redundant circuit scheme, with a safety based relay output switch.
The logic output is configurable by software. It allows to emulate the functioning of a toroidal mercury bubble or a independent axes rectangular system.
It differentiates the X-, X+, Y-, Y+ axes as well as to get separate offset. It can be implemented as SLAVE in a CAN network.
