INTRODUCING ALMECHATRONICS INDIA Pvt. Ltd.

 

ALMEC SPA has crossed new frontiers with the inauguration of ALMECHATRONICS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. This new venture, headquartered in Mumbai with a state-of-the-art facility under development in Bangalore, will provide innovative solutions to the Asian market through its expertise and technological transfer aimed at the growth of the parent company’s activities and capabilities.

“Dogliani will remain central to the group’s growth, which now includes 2 other entities, both subsidiaries and affiliated companies, in addition to the new Indian branch, of which ALMEC owns 100%,” commented our sole administrator of ALMEC SPA, Ivano Albarello. He further stated, “For this initial phase, we have hired a technical expert as the Plant Manager and a commercial specialist with market experience. These two resources will coordinate from India with the Italian team responsible for managing the entire projects.”

This marks the first step in an industrial plan aimed at the digital transformation of our company and services related to data management.
